1) All prices are indicated in Singapore Dollars.

2) Payment Terms:

** For Singapore Customer Only:

via Paypal or Inter banking to POSB/DBS account.

** For International Customer:

via PAYPAL Only

3) Shipping Method:

** Within Singapore

Items will be sent out via Singapore Post by REGISTERED mail only.

** International Shipping

All international orders will be sent by Singapore Post – Air Mail International (inclusive Registered Mail Tracking number)

PLEASE NOTE: we are not responsible / liable for lost or damaged item during shipping.

4) Exchange Policy:

All items sold are non-refundable. We assures that all items are in good condition and quality at the point of mailing. Thus, no exchanges or refunds are allowed.

It is the buyer`s responsibilty to read item descriptions provided before making a purchase. If you have any doubts, please ask before purchase. All sales are final. However should there be a manufacturing defect we will gladly exchange the product for you within 7 days of purchase.

5) Return Policy

We do not adopt refund policy once payment has been made.

Any original shipping charge imposed are strictly non-refundable and non-returnable.

All requests for defective exchanges must be accompanied by zoom out image of the defective area. Please take note all shipping charges will be fully borne by the customers. As we are unable to process any returns should the item(s) fail to reach us, we highly recommend you to ship via courier or registered mail.

Orders that are returned to us due to unclaimed, incomplete or incorrect address provided will not be returned to the customer and will only be resend at the customer's expenses. Customer will have to pay the Full international registered air mail cost.

If you gave us the wrong mailing address or transfer to the wrong bank account, we will not be responsible. Please make sure all shipping and banking details are correct.

6) Taxes, Dutied or VATS (International Orders):

International deliveries may incur additional customs and taxes charged by the country the items are entering into. These costs are not covered under the shipping fee you pay us. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay for these additional charges in order to receive their shipment. For any return, the customer is responsible for all taxes imposed in the process of return to PianoEasyScales.

7) We are currently unable to ship to PO boxes.
